LifeLink-AI, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Save app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. What We Collect

• Sign-in Credentials: One authentication method is required — Google, Apple, or phone number. We collect only the information necessary to create and secure your account, such as your display name or user ID. We do not use this to identify you personally.
• Cloud Storage ID: We associate saved content with your anonymous internal user ID for storage purposes.
• App Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics through Google Analytics and Firebase to understand general usage trends (e.g., features accessed, crash logs).

2. What We Don’t Collect

• We do not collect GPS or IP-based location data.
• We do not track your identity beyond the login mechanism.
• We do not access your contacts, camera, or private files.

3. Content Storage

When you save public content using the App, such as posts or stories from social platforms, that content is stored securely in cloud storage provided by Google Cloud. This content is encrypted and linked to your internal user ID. It is never made public or reused by us.

Content is retained for up to 45 days unless manually deleted by you.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following trusted third-party services:

• Google Firebase – for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and cloud storage.
• Google Analytics – for aggregate, non-identifiable usage metrics.

These services may process data as governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share limited data with Google services for operational purposes (e.g., login and analytics). We may disclose information if required by law or legal process.

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• File a complaint with your data protection authority

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account and any associated saved content may be deleted from within the app at any time. Content is automatically removed from storage after 45 days if not accessed. We do not retain data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and authentication mechanisms to protect your information, including secure access to cloud storage. While we do our best to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and notify you through the App if necessary. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Policy.
