1. Introduction
Welcome to Save, a mobile application developed and operated by LifeLink-AI,
Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern
your use of the Save app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least
13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide
accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information current. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under
your account.
4. App Usage & Restrictions
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App in any manner
that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringes or misappropriates any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
- Engages in data scraping or automated access in a way that violates third-party terms of service;
- Accesses or stores content in violation of the terms of use or community guidelines of any
third-party platform or service;
- Disrupts or interferes with the security, integrity, or performance of the App or third-party
content sources.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these Terms or misuses the
App.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer premium features accessible through a paid subscription. Subscription fees and terms
will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via app store platforms (Apple,
Google), and any disputes or refund requests must be handled through those platforms in accordance with
their policies.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, billing cycles, or included features with reasonable
notice.
6. Third-Party Content
The App enables you to view, organize, and store publicly accessible content from a variety of
third-party sources including social media platforms, video-sharing sites, and other public web
services. This content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. We do not host,
control, or claim ownership of any third-party content accessed or stored using the App.
You agree and acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any third-party content is lawful, and that you
have obtained any necessary rights or permissions;
- You may not download or store private, gated, or restricted content that you do not have
authorization to access;
- Your use of the App must comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party platform or website
from which you access content.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social platform or content provider. The App
operates independently and does not imply any relationship with such platforms.
If you believe your rights have been violated due to content being accessible through our App, please

request.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property in the App (excluding third-party
content) are the property of LifeLink-AI, Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely as permitted under these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the
App without prior written permission.
8. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content accessible through the App, please send a
written DMCA notice to our designated agent at lifelink.ai@gmail.com. Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- The location of the material that you claim is infringing;
- Your contact information;
- A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on
behalf of the copyright owner.
9. Data & Privacy
We use Google Analytics and Firebase to collect anonymous usage data for the purpose of improving the
App. We do not collect or store personal data unless explicitly provided during account creation or
support interactions.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of
these Terms or for any conduct that we believe is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your license to use the App will be revoked, and we may delete any associated data at
our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or
implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, third-party content
access, service interruptions, or any other issue related to your use of the App.
We make no representation about the legality of downloading or storing public content from third-party
platforms. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws and platform
policies.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeLink-AI, Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and
affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising
from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law
principles. Any disputes related to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you
through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes
constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
